Hiyas CJ.

I just dropped in on your site to catch up. Finally had some time to look around. Saw a picture of a "BEAUTIFUL BABY BLANKET" (which is still her favorite) She is about to turn 2 years old. I just can't wait for her to meet you. Hugs CJ.. I sure do miss ya.

Hi CJ - LOVE your site. Was surfing looking for ideas on doing over our Cardinal window treatments when I came across your blog. I am also a quilter, although have not done a project in several years. Your projects are really great. Can you give me any pointers on doing over my interior? I'd love to get some ideas.

Sorry your stay in CT was not completely enjoyable. We are seasonal at Odetah in Bozrah, CT (just outside Norwich). If you ever are back in CT, it would be worth your while to stay at Odetah and I'd love to meet you.

Really like what you have to say and how you say it. This includes sewing/emb. related items and national items. Keep on Blogging and I will keep on reading and enjoying it.
I think you need a pair of Alpaca Socks to keep your feet warm, nothing like it. I knit with Alpaca, haven't tried to knit socks yet however, I buy them from my neighbor who is an Alpaca Farmer and sells Alpaca made goods. In the North East part of the US we have lots of Cold, so this is a comfy way to keep your feet warm.
Happy sewing - Carol

Ok, CJ, you may have pushed me over the edge. I've thought, I repeat, "thought" about a blog, but yours is totally awesome. This may be the final gentle mudge into creating a site that lets the family (and friends) know where we are, what we're up to, and whether we're gonna make it home for the holidays this year!!

Congratulations on the new mailbox. It looks as very official and is a handsome addition to your beautiful land. Thanks for sharing your photos with us. CJ we admire the beautiful covers you have created for the various machines. No doubt the new computer will soon be carefully covered in style as well. Just don't get tempted to cover that new mailbox. The mailman just would not understand!

Hello from Australia. Got a link to your site from a friend. Great first time look and so refreshing to find out others share the same interest in motorbikes(ours is a Honda Goldwing) Kayaking on a double sit on craft will resume once the shoulder becomes unfrozen! We don't have the RV life but recently bought another caravan and plan to join the grey nomads here in OZ that travel around for many months. Like you CJ I just love to patchwork and got a little worried viewing how your hobby has taken over your beautiful and HUGE RV. My caravan is only 15 foot long. Lots of small projects for me. Just had to say hi and enjoy your tripping around. Sounds like a great lifestyle.

Love your site! I found you because of a post you wrote on homesteadingtoday.com...wondered who was visiting my blog. Thank you very much for your kind words...and coming from such a wonderful artist yourself! You have inspired me to try lace. Could be another way to embellish my irish dance dresses.

My mother quilts as did my grandmother. I am in awe of what she makes and try to steal a quilt every time I go home. Have to admit that all those tiny pieces give me nightmares which is why I do not quilt...I guess we each have our creative poison, don't we?

Very nice to "meet" you, CJ.

Hi CJ,
I just stumbled across your site last night and really enjoyed taking a look around.I've been sewing for years and recently decided it was time to make a quilt. My first quilt is going to be for our camper, just a little 25 footer that we take out with our 3 & 5 year old children (believe me we're the "older parents" amongst our children's parents!!) I grew up camping and could never give it up, can't give up the sewing machine either. Take care and I'll be back often to visit your lovely site.

Guten Morgen CJ,

Your site is beautiful, creative and so well organized. I guess that goes along with the "quilter's life in a box". Your photos do stimulate the dormant wanderlust in some of us. I longingly keep thinking about the RV and New Zealand ......maybe some day. I did enjoy your menue of beef rolladen the other day. Is that a special treat for working so hard on those german lessons?
Please know that your readers enjoy your journal very much. You appear as a very interesting and talented lady with a great sense of life and good humour. Thanks for sharing with us and making us smile.

I like your website - great work. I worked with Jim some time ago (early 90's?) and a Google search found your website. Tell Jim that Marty says hello.

CJ,
Like your site, I am between Nixa and Ozark 6 mi south of Springfield and 30 mi north of Branson. I am retired so let me know when you go to the Quilt Sampler to see the gang and maybe I can meet you to say hi.

Just found your site, this is great to find other wandering quilter's living in a box. I'm quilting my way across the USA, finding quilt shops and collecting those wonderful fat quarters. There is a quilt store in Blythe, Ca.called Annabells on Hobson Way if anyone is in the Quartesite, Az. area. Take care out there and happy quilting to all.
